Tool worked extremely well and made a three-platter, six-head replacement seem almost simple. It was very easy to use, even for someone with little experience.

Glanton was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone and worked hard to answer all of my questions and fulfill my order in time for the holidays. Thank you!

Just to let you know that all items were received at the end of last week as promised.

Also, I have used the head-combs and the platter store to do a platter swap on a 3-platter 500 GB Seagate drive with a seized motor with complete success.
