Shipping/Billing Policy
If you are placing an order to be shipped to location(s) outside the United States of America, please use this contact form in lieu of the shopping cart check-out mechanism. Please select 'Overseas Shipment Request' when using our contact form.
When ordering online with your credit card, CPR Tools will prepare your order for shipment and charge your card only when the order is ready to ship.
If not all of your selected products are available for shipment at once, you will be charged only for what is ready to ship; backordered items are charged as they become available and are prepared to ship.
For orders paid by check, CPR Tools will prepare and ship your order when your check is received. Please be sure to clearly mark the order number (provided by the online store at the time of your order) on all check or money order payments.
Physical address is required.
CPR Tools will not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Returns Policy
All returned products must have a Return Authorization (RA) number to ensure proper credit is given. If you must return a product, please complete the contact form and choose Return Authorization Request from the drop-down list.
Once an RA number has been issued, it will be sent to you by email. Instructions for returning product(s) will be attached to the email you receive with your RA number.
Merchandise returned without a valid RA number or merchandise returned which is not explicitly listed in a valid RA will not be credited.
A 20% restocking charge will apply to any non-defective returns.
